Onsite COVID-19 Testing

We have partnered with PCRS AT WORK to provide COVID-19 antigen testing onsite during the Meeting on the Mediterranean. To participate in the testing times offered below, no appointment is necessary.

 

Testing Schedule:

– Wednesday, April 20 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm | Pau Casals Foyer

– Thursday, April 21 from 12:00pm – 5:30pm | Pau Casals Foyer

– Friday, April 22 from 9:30am – 12:30pm | Granados Foyer

 

Test Results:

Your antigen test results will be available 15 minutes after your test is completed. Your certificate of verification will be emailed to you within 3 hours of the test results.

 

Cost:

Based on our group discount, the cost of the antigen test is 30€ per person. You may pay onsite via credit card (excluding AMEX) or cash.

 

Appointments Outside of the Testing Window:

If you are unable test during the times offered, feel free to set up an appointment with PCRS AT WORK and they will be happy come to the location of your choice. Staying Safe on the Med

We are committed to delivering the highest level of hygiene and safety protocol during our event to ensure our attendees can enjoy a productive conference environment.

All in-person attendees must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of the event’s start date.

Our venue partners are dedicated to providing the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness including continuous sanitation with a focus on high-touch areas.

We will provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel and conference space, encouraging all participants to regularly disinfect their hands.

We are committed to keeping our attendees fully informed through various communication channels before, during, and after the conference. We will continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and update our strategy and guidelines as necessary.

All staff and attendees will be required to wear a face mask throughout hotel common space and conference designated areas.

With our venue partners, we will actively design and maintain a food and beverage experience that will employ the highest safety standard.

We have reimagined several aspects of the attendee experience through creative technology solutions to transition previous processes into contactless encounters.

We will maintain a density of participants in line with local health authority regulations.
