Virtual registrants at the Meeting on the Med will have access to all content via livestream during the program dates, April 28-30. Virtual attendees will have a login to the partnering platform to view the full attendee list, send and receive meeting requests, and watch event content on-demand. However, any confirmed meetings must be scheduled independently outside of the partnering system.
In-person registration includes the ability to attend all live programming, 1×1 partnering, and networking opportunities taking place in Rome, April 9-11. In-person registrants will also have access to the meeting’s virtual platform, should they wish to view any content on-demand they may have missed onsite. They will also have the ability to schedule virtual 1×1 partnering meetings with attendees the week after the live event, April 16-17.

Virtual registrants will have access to all content via livestream during the program dates, April 9-11. Each session will then be made available on-demand within 24 hours of the live program time. Virtual 1×1 partnering meetings will take place the week after the live program, April 16-17. Virtual registrants will have the ability to schedule those partnering meetings with all attendees – including those who register as in-person or virtual.

Attendees can receive a refund of 90% of their registration price up to January 9, 2026.
Attendees can receive a refund of 75% of their registration price up to February 20, 2026.
Attendees can receive a refund of 50% of their registration price up to March 20, 2026.
After March 20, 2026 no refunds are available.

ARM Member Rate
To qualify for the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) Member rate, registrants must be employed by a company that is an ARM member in good standing during the conference dates. If an individual registers at the ARM member rate and their company is no longer a member prior to or during the conference, the individual will be required to update their registration to the non-member rate in order to attend. For any questions regarding membership, please email member@alliancerm.org.
Capacity Restrictions
To preserve the balance among participants at this year’s Meeting on the Med, please note the conference’s capacity restrictions. Service providers (including but not limited to CDMOs, CROs, consulting firms and tool providers) are restricted to a maximum of six attendees per company. For sponsoring organizations, the allowance extends to ten attendees per company.
Switching Attendance Format
Switching formats from virtual to in-person or vice versa will be allowed up until March 31, 2026. The attendee will be either charged or refunded the difference between the two formats. After March 31, 2026, switching formats will no longer be allowed, however, an attendee can always substitute another colleague to attend in their place by providing written notice to jwilliams@alliancerm.org.
